Over the years I have received many requests for an inventory sheet.  Most of these requests were from people that had just inherited a large collection of Fostoria American from a family member.  They needed a simple sheet that they could tally how many they had of each item.  

The items listed in the Cream and Sugars Inventory Sheet are the exact items you can currently view in the Cream & Sugars Photo Gallery of this website.  There are a total of 11 items – of which two are sets and one is the Sugar and Cream Tray (697).

I will be adding more inventory sheets in the upcoming months for different categories – eventually leading to one complete inventory sheet for all American items.

This is a one-page inventory sheet, and the items are displayed and sorted by their item number.  For example, Item No. 673 (Handled Sugar and Cover) is listed first, followed by 674, etc.  All items have their respective item number listed, a photo ID, and an item description – including an approximate size of each item.  To the right of the item description is a place where the collector can write in their quantity of that item, it’s approximate value (per piece), and then multiply the “Quantity” by the “Value” to come up with a “Total Value”.  (Look at the sold listings on eBay to get an approximate value of what each item might be worth in today’s market.)  I have also included a small notes section for those that might need to write where they purchased the item, its condition or flaws, or anything else that they think is relevant.

The Cream and Sugars Inventory Sheet is not editable; however, it is printable.  It includes many items that people have in their collection, and it offers an economical way to identify the pieces that they have, and then carry the printed sheet with them as they do an inventory of their own personal collection.  I highly recommend writing in pencil when you do your initial inventory, to allow for changes and/or corrections.
